Ht Residence Maximus - Rome

Loved the amazing view of the Colosseum and the spacious room! The kitchen was super handy. Just a heads up-the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. A great stay in such an awesome location!

I asked for double room and it was absolutely perfect with balcony. I didn't feel like leaving and would have stayed for longer.

Booked a room with 2 beds.

Great view of the Colosseum, but the walls were really thin and noisy.

I am not able to answer the other questions as when we arrived at the Maximus we learned that our reservation had somehow been "cancelled." They did find us another room at another establishment for the same price but it was not the situation we had booked or hoped for.

The room was brand-new and well-appointed with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV.

Quiet place, especially helpful staff. The rooms with balcony. A nice interior...

The shower had some mold, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Old sponges in the kitchen felt unhygienic, and there was a distinct unpleasant odor in the area.

hotel location is very good.

the hotel is not finished repairs. There wasn't even sitting on the toilet. in the room there were no mirrors. It was very damp and cold, then clothes smelled like mold. there was no TV. no lighting. no soundproofing. very dirty room. this is the worst of the hotels that I've seen.

Overall had very comfortable stay for 2 nights. Loved the way my double room was arranged with balcony, kettle, an excellent view. The staff where genuinely helpful, and the private parking was available. The venue was in a very central location really close to a supermarket, and sites and transportation.

Conveniently close to the Colosseum.

Upon arrival, I found it challenging to locate the apartment. The lack of clear signage.

Best location very very close to collosseum and walking distance to everything. It is in an alley way but for the price and the modern decor inside it's nothing to complain about. It's city life. Right next to bars and restaurants and markets. Everything you need within a block. I would stay there again for sure!

Not really any staff on duty it is basically check in and leave the key in the room and close the door to check out. No receipt for payment of hotel.

The stay was pretty good. It is actually more of a apartment rental, since there are only 3 rooms available in the same quad of a building. Always had plenty of hot water, and the rainfall shower was nice. Has small fridge and safe. Felt secure since you need 3 different keys to get to your room. Found a little pizza place nearby where we ate for 10e, everywhere else expect at least 40e. Rome is extreamly expensive and you could do everything in 1 day if you plan right (4 was too many).

A few things I did not like about my stay: under construction, walls are very thin, heard talking in the reception area and water running in other rooms constantly. Maid service never happened there the 3 nights we stayed, bed made loaud noises everytime we moved, but fixed it myself the 2nd night. When I pulled up the matress, it was pretty old and dirty.

No internet fot the first 2 days and we stayed for 3. Toilet wouldn't flush. Water wouldn't go down the shower drain. They didn't clean the room at all, we had to buy our own tissue roll!

Convenient to Coliseum and Metro

No reception. No acknowledgement of late check-in. Late check-in was very troubled. No checkout procedures.
